Is it possible to change my date?
Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice, you can adjust your date up to two times without any additional charges.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any visits canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the original date/time will lose their deposit and their card on file may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 50% of booked services. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of the salon’s owner.
How does the billing process work?
To secure your booking, we require a credit card to be put on file as well as a deposit for each service booked. The remaining balance will be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and Afterpay.
What is the process for booking?
You can schedule a visit online and will receive text and/or email confirmations. You can manage your appointments through your account or by contacting our team.
Can I receive a receipt for my visit?
Absolutely! If you need a receipt it can be texted or emailed to you at the time of your service.
