Is it possible to change my date?
Absolutely, things happen! We simply ask that you give us as much notice as possible. We prefer a 48-hour notice or more when canceling or changing an appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 48 hours of appointment start time will forfeit deposits and may be charged up to 50% of appointment cost. Cancellation fees may be waived on a case-by-case basis.
How does the billing process work?
Super easy! Book an appointment, show up for appointment, pay for appointment! Any deposits paid at booking will be applied when you hold your scheduled appointment. You can pay with cash, check, credit/debit cards, gift cards, or make payments with Vagaro pay-in-4!
What is the process for booking?
You can schedule a visit online and will receive text and/or email confirmations and reminders. You can manage your appointments through your account or by contacting our team. Booking buttons are located above, or on our Instagram and Facebook pages.
Can I receive a receipt for my visit?
Absolutely! If you need a receipt it can be texted or emailed to you at the time of your service. Just ask!
